Everybody

The Smith College Department of Theatre presents Everybody by Brenden Jacob-Jenkins. Directed by Kim Stauffer. This modern riff on the fifteenth-century morality play Everyman follows Everybody (chosen from amongst the cast by lottery at each performance) as they journey through life’s greatest mystery—the meaning of living. Everybody was a finalist for the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Tickets $5-10 at smitharts.ludus.com. Free for Smith students by emailing boxoffice@smith.edu.

CONTENT WARNING: Everybody contains strong language and deals with sensitive subjects including but not limited to death and dying. The play also contains sections where characters accuse one another of racist behavior. There are flashing lights, a brief strobe effect, and loud sound effects.
